Job Duties
- maintain kitchen work areas in a clean and sanitary condition
- operate and maintain the mechanical dishwasher during the shift
- keep the food line stocked with clean plates
- perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work area and restrooms
- assist in food preparation procedures
- ensure utensils and plate ware are orderly and clean
- comply with health and safety regulations
