Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- physically capable of lifting 25-50 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods of time
- able to move throughout the kitchen as needed
- comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant environment
- flexible availability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- good physical stamina
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- maintain kitchen work areas in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition
- maintain equipment, plateware, and utensils cleanliness throughout the shift
- set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher
- assist in food preparation procedures
- keep the food line stocked with clean plates
- perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including work areas and restrooms
- support overall kitchen organization and workflow
