Job Description

Twin Peaks is a popular restaurant chain known for its distinctive lodge-themed dining experience and a strong emphasis on a fun and engaging atmosphere. With locations across the United States, Twin Peaks combines a rustic mountain lodge feel with excellent food, drinks, and entertainment, creating a unique environment for both guests and team members. The restaurant specializes in hearty, American-style cuisine and famously cold 29-degree draft beer served in their signature Twin Peaks Beer Mugs. As part of the Twin Peaks family, employees are expected to uphold the brand's high standards of quality, customer service, and operational excellence while contributing to a friendly and collaborative work environment.

The Dishwasher position at Twin Peaks plays a vital role in the Heart of the House operations, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, silverware, and beer mugs are cleaned quickly and efficiently according to established procedures. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards that support smooth dining service and a positive guest experience. Twin Peaks dishwashers adhere to strict uniform and grooming standards and are required to follow all safety, health, and sanitation protocols. This position offers hourly pay ranging from $14 to $18, reflecting both experience and performance. The role is fast-paced and requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and sanitary kitchen environment.

Dishwashers are also responsible for assisting with various opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant remains clean and inviting. The work environment at Twin Peaks emphasizes safety, efficiency, and communication among staff members. Dishwashers are trained through interactive methods, including tablet or computer-based training modules, to ensure they are knowledgeable about policies and procedures. The company provides benefits such as health insurance and an innovative daily pay option, which allows employees to access their earnings more flexibly.
