- ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Start every shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area
- follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists
- clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
- keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
- ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area
- work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
- communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs
