Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring sanitizer levels meet specific health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
- Clean work areas, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking areas while keeping kitchenware storage organized
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster and clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Follow directions and work cooperatively with team members
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation to ensure guest safety
- Handle physical tasks including carrying items up to 35 pounds and performing standing, walking, bending, and occasional pushing or pulling of equipment
