Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs, placing items above and below head height
- must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- be exposed to variable temperatures

Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring all sanitizer levels meet health standards
- store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping kitchenware storage organized
- remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster and clean and sanitize garbage cans
