The Dishwasher role at The Navigators is essential in supporting the kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness and safety in food preparation areas. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in washing and maintaining all dishware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. The dishwasher is responsible for keeping the dish room and kitchen organized, managing the cleanliness of dish machines, monitoring water temperature and chemical levels, and handling kitchen trash properly. The role also involves caring for equipment to prevent damage and ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly to support various food-related services.

This position operates in alignment with The Navigators’ calling and values, emphasizing a team-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
