The Dishwasher position at Luckie's Tavern plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards that contribute to a smooth and enjoyable dining environment. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing machines efficiently, restocking kitchenware, and assisting in the overall upkeep of the kitchen and storage areas. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to multitask, and communicate effectively with team members. Job Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for entire shifts
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to safely move around all kitchen areas
Basic communication skills in English
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred
Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to perform housekeeping and cleaning duties
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Strong organizational skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with sanitation practices in a restaurant
Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Maintaining the dish room and dish machine
Assisting with cleaning other areas of the space as requested
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
Performing more than one task at a time
Communicating effectively with co-workers
Operating dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications
Restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift
Keeping all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized
Assisting with taking out garbage when needed
Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
