In the role of Dishwasher General Utility, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher. This critical task ensures that plates, utensils, and other equipment are adequately cleaned and sanitized to support continuous food service operations. Alongside managing the dishwasher, you will help keep the food line stocked with clean plates, contributing directly to the timely flow of orders and customer service. Additionally, you will execute various cleaning and sanitation duties at the end of each shift, which include tidying work areas, restocking supplies, and cleaning restrooms to uphold a hygienic environment.
