Alongside dishwashing, you will manage restocking the food line with clean plates and handle multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks, including the tidiness of work areas and restrooms, particularly towards the end of shifts. The role demands physical resilience, with the need to lift weights typically ranging from 25 to 50 pounds and the ability to stand and move frequently within the kitchen environment.
