This job opening is for a Dishwasher role, an essential position within the kitchen staff that ensures the smooth and hygienic operation of kitchen services. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining the venue’s high standards. The Dishwasher’s primary responsibility is to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently, contributing directly to overall kitchen cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
The Dishwasher will be responsible for operating dishwashers or cleaning items by hand, organizing cleaned items into designated storage spaces, and assisting in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring the kitchen environment remains sanitary and orderly, complying fully with food safety and sanitation regulations. Physical stamina is important as this position requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy trays or racks. Additionally, this role provides opportunities to assist with receiving deliveries and supporting other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines
- Assist with unloading and storing deliveries
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor
