Job Duties
- Washing all soiled dishes, glasses, silver, utensil, pots and pans
- Cleaning steamers, stoves and fryers, cleaning grill, drip pans, pot sinks and dishwashers daily
- Sweeping and mopping floors in bakery, chef's office, and employees break room and the entire kitchen, including walk in freezer boxes
- Helping during banquet plate ups, covering plates and expediting service as requested
- Set up of employees' cafeteria and monitoring of meals daily
- Monitoring for loss and breakage of china, glass and silver
