Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of prior dishwashing experience required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting
- Compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of dishwashing or related experience required
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels in dish area as per standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and disposes of it properly
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Loads and unloads supplies and product as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
