The position available is for a full-time Dishwasher at MAX Ultimate Food, located at 65 East Cottage Street, Boston, MA 02125. This role is integral to ensuring that all kitchen utensils, cookware, and dining equipment are maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The dishwasher will work primarily Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary, totaling 40 hours per week, including weekend availability. The hourly pay rate is a competitive $20.00, reflecting the company’s commitment to valuing the essential roles within its culinary teams.

In this role, the dishwasher will be responsible for various cleaning and maintenance tasks. These include scraping and rinsing food from dishes, washing them either by hand or with the dishwashing machine, cleaning pots, pans, trays, and polishing silver using different methods depending on the equipment assigned. The dishwasher must ensure all items are sanitized and kitchen areas adhere to all safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, the dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining the dish area in an orderly fashion, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning worktables and food surfaces, managing trash disposal properly, transferring supplies between storage and work areas, and assisting with loading and unloading deliveries.
