Erickson Senior Living operates a growing national network of communities dedicated to improving the lives of older adults, making Oak Crest a vital part of this expanding family. The community offers residents an enriching environment where quality of life is prioritized through social, recreational, and health-related amenities.

Oak Crest Village combines serene living spaces with extensive support services, creating a welcoming environment where seniors can enjoy their retirement with peace of mind. The community’s mission to help people live better lives extends not only to its residents but also to its dedicated team members. Employees enjoy a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance, career growth opportunities, and a workplace culture rooted in respect, inclusivity, and equal opportunity. As a part of the Erickson Senior Living family, Oak Crest is committed to maintaining a discrimination-free workplace and providing a supportive environment for all employees regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or genetic information.

The Utility Worker and Dishwasher role at Oak Crest Village is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the community’s kitchen and dining services. This position is focused on supporting kitchen efficiency and sanitation, directly contributing to the overall dining experience for both residents and staff. Working in a fast-paced environment, utility workers and dishwashers play a crucial part in ensuring that kitchen, dining, and storage areas are clean, orderly, and well-stocked. Their daily contributions help uphold the high standards of food preparation and safety that Oak Crest guarantees to its community.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.25, depending on experience, along with a tentative shift schedule of 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes paid time off (PTO), volunteer hours, medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible team members, and a 401k retirement plan with a company match. Additional perks include a 30% discount on food and beverages at on-site dining venues, onsite medical wellness centers, and opportunities to grow professionally as Erickson Senior Living continues to expand. The position requires the ability to work weekends and holidays and emphasizes safety with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Joining Oak Crest means becoming part of a collaborative team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors while fostering a positive, engaging, and safe workplace environment. This role is ideal for individuals with prior service or kitchen experience who are organized, safety-conscious, and motivated to contribute to a quality culinary operation.
