Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes
- washes dishes by hand or loads dishwasher
- washes pots, pans, and trays
- polishes silverware using various methods
- ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- maintains dish area in compliance with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes worktables, walls, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies
- performs other assigned duties
