Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy kitchen items
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday with variable hours
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Must comply with company policies regarding personal protective equipment

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with dishwashing machine
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using various equipment and chemical methods
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by safety standards
- Keeps dishwashing area orderly and compliant with safety procedures
- Cleans kitchen floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and properly disposes of waste
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
