Erickson Senior Living manages a growing national network of communities, including Eagle's Trace, where residents and team members alike are valued through a commitment to quality, care, and community. The organization prides itself on fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth, diversity, and respect for all individuals.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Utility Workers and Dishwashers. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our kitchen and dining areas, which directly supports the efficiency and success of our culinary operations. As a Utility Worker/Dishwasher at Eagle's Trace, you will collaborate closely with the kitchen and stock teams to ensure that all utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards. Your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests, ultimately enhancing our community's well-being.
This position offers competitive compensation starting at $12.25 per hour, commensurate with experience, with additional benefits that promote quality of life and career growth. Team members enjoy paid time off, volunteer hours, and comprehensive benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees in accordance with state laws. We also provide a 30% discount on food and drinks at our on-site dining venues, plus access to healthy meal options at discounted prices. To support financial security, we offer a 401k plan with a company 3% match for team members aged 18 and over. Our onsite medical centers provide wellness and sick care services, ensuring accessible health support for staff.
Beyond these tangible benefits, Eagle's Trace emphasizes a supportive work environment where most staff finish their shifts before 9pm, allowing for a balanced lifestyle. Growth opportunities are abundant as we continue to expand our communities, providing avenues for career advancement and development within Erickson Senior Living. If you are dedicated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team that values your role in the overall success of our community, we encourage you to apply and become part of our mission to help seniors live better lives.
