Job Requirements
- Previous experience required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on equipment and procedures
- Maintains compliance with outlined safety procedures, including monitoring temperatures and chemical levels
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers and performs other duties as assigned
