Job Requirements
- One year of experience in dishwashing and restaurant utility
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Ability to wear required protective equipment such as gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- Commitment to a drug-free workplace
- Willingness to undergo background screening as required
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in dishwashing and restaurant utility required
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment handling
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
