Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing or foodservice experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time with open availability including weekends
- Ability to maintain standards of cleanliness and safety
- Basic physical fitness for standing and lifting
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing or related kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a foodservice environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic communication skills to follow instructions
- Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machines
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces
- Removes trash and performs waste disposal tasks including steam cleaning garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, helps load and unload supplies
