Currently, we are seeking a full-time Dishwasher at our Sunnyvale, CA location. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation that define our kitchens. The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils are spotless and ready for use. This position requires dedication to health and safety practices and a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the kitchen area. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts required. Compensation ranges from $22.44 to $23.81 per hour, highlighting competitive pay for this essential team member. Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
- available to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday with variable hours
- able to work some weekends
- capable of performing physical tasks associated with dishwashing
- comply with safety and sanitation standards
- capable of maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- must be willing to adhere to all company policies and procedures
- valid eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dishwashing or similar experience
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work full-time including some weekends
- strong attention to detail
- physical stamina to handle cleaning and maintenance tasks
- teamwork and communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines
- washes pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures
- polishes silverware using specialized equipment and techniques
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen, and equipment
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors maintaining safety and hygiene standards
- removes trash and manages waste disposal appropriately
- assists with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
