Job Requirements
- Previous two years of dishwashing experience required
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Able to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to comply with background screening if necessary
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum two years of previous dishwashing experience
- Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth
- Maintains compliance with safety procedures and standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- Removes trash, steam cleans or hoses garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies and product
- Performs other duties as assigned
