Currently, FISD is hiring immediately for a full-time Dishwasher position located at EF Academy, 1539 East Howard Street, Pasadena, California 91104. This full-time role has a carefully structured schedule from Thursday through Sunday, 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with additional hours on Monday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to receive free meals, uniforms, and laundering service at select locations.

The Dishwasher's main responsibility is to maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. This role is crucial to ensuring the overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is expected to scrape and rinse food from dishes, wash items by hand or use a dishwashing machine, polish silverware, comply with safety and sanitation standards, maintain chemical and temperature levels, sweep and mop kitchen floors, wash prep surfaces, manage trash removal, transfer supplies, and participate in other duties as assigned. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred to help candidates succeed in this role.
