The hourly pay rate is competitive at $18.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation. The role also includes cleaning and sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces, managing waste disposal, and assisting with supply transfers and stock management. Employees must follow outlined safety procedures and maintain chemical and temperature controls for dishwashing equipment. Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machine
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Polishes silverware using various equipment and procedures
- Maintains compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold cleanliness
- Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and maintains orderly disposal areas
- Transfers supplies and helps load and unload products
- Performs other duties as assigned
