Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior dishwashing experience preferred
Ability to work full-time schedules Monday through Friday
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Must be able to lift and move kitchen supplies
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work full time Monday through Friday
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and equipment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machine
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment
Polishes silverware using various equipment and procedures
Maintains compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold cleanliness
Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
Removes trash and maintains orderly disposal areas
Transfers supplies and helps load and unload products
Performs other duties as assigned
