Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dishwashing experience in senior living hotels restaurants or healthcare
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment
- Availability to work weekend evenings
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items safely
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment
Job Duties
- Perform under the direction of supervisory personnel dish and pot washing general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies
- Set up the dish and pot washing area
- Prepare for dish washing and wash pots dishes and utensils
- Distribute and store clean pots dishes and utensils
- Clean and sanitize production equipment work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- Empty trash containers as required
- Maintain standards for personal appearance and cleanliness
