This role as a Dishwasher at ISS Facility Services offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. It is a full-time position with work hours scheduled Monday through Friday plus weekends, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Dishwasher position is a vital part of the culinary team. The primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils while adhering strictly to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) practices. Employees in this role are also responsible for maintaining floors and storage areas, assisting with cleaning duties, and may be trained to help in food preparation when necessary. Working in collaboration with catering staff, dish room operators, and chefs, the Dishwasher supports the successful setup and execution of food service events.

Success in this position requires a passion for customer service, a dependable and positive attitude, and effective communication skills to thrive within a team-oriented environment. The role also demands the ability to work efficiently under time constraints, demonstrating accountability, and following directions from managers and chefs accurately. Physical demands include standing for up to 8 hours and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds while maintaining compliance with safety and health protocols.
