Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- handle dishwashing equipment properly
- manage waste disposal and recycling
- support team efforts in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
