Job Duties

  • wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
  • maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist kitchen staff as needed
  • handle dishwashing equipment properly
  • manage waste disposal and recycling
  • support team efforts in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
