Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- dependability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or food service is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and work areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- manage waste disposal and recycling
- follow proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
