As a dishwasher at Legal Sea Foods, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team responsible for keeping the culinary workspace clean and organized. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Capability to lift heavy items when necessary
Basic understanding of sanitation procedures
Willingness to follow management instructions
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Proper use, care, and maintenance of the dish machine
Keep a clean supply of dishware, glassware, and silverware as well as an adequate supply of utensils for the kitchen
Properly dispose of kitchen waste and recycling, keeping disposal areas clean and organized
Perform various maintenance clean-up functions, such as general cleaning and sanitizing
Minor interior and exterior maintenance such as snow and ice removal, trash removal
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Other related duties assigned by management
