Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking full-time and part-time Dishwashers to join their team at the Finger Lakes Gaming facility. This role is fundamental to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen environment, directly impacting the quality of the guest experience. Dishwashers will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment using hands or commercial dishwashers, ensuring that all sanitizer levels meet health and safety standards. The position involves keeping the kitchen organized by maintaining the cleanliness of floors, walls, and work areas as well as managing waste disposal by removing trash and sanitizing garbage receptacles.

This role requires individuals who can work collaboratively with team members and follow directions carefully to uphold strict hygiene standards. The candidate must be physically capable of performing duties that include carrying items up to 60 pounds, standing and walking throughout their shifts, bending, and occasionally pushing or pulling cleaning equipment. The work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures typical of kitchen settings. Shifts vary and may include evenings, days, weekends, 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, special event coverage, and overtime as needed.
