With a focus on creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments, Bright Horizons operates numerous early learning centers that serve families across various regions. The company prides itself on its dedicated staff and comprehensive approach, ensuring that every child receives quality care and education that lays a solid foundation for lifelong learning and success.

As a Dishwasher at Bright Horizons, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role that supports the daily functioning of our early learning centers. This position is part-time and operates Monday through Friday, offering an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience, education, and other factors. The Dishwasher is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment where meals can be prepared and served safely. Your work will directly impact the smooth operation of food service and contribute to the overall health and safety standards of the center.

Your primary responsibility will be to collect, clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. Beyond dishwashing, you will help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including surfaces, carts, floors, and equipment, supporting inventory and supply management as needed. Collaboration with kitchen staff and center teams will be key to ensuring family-style dining runs efficiently and materials are always ready. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

At Bright Horizons, we understand that our employees are the backbone of our mission to provide quality early childhood education and care. By joining our team as a Dishwasher, you become part of a supportive community where your contributions truly make a difference. You will be welcomed into an inclusive culture that values growth, development, and work-life balance. Whether you are continuing your career path in early childhood services or seeking a meaningful role that supports children and families, Bright Horizons offers opportunities for learning, advancement, and wellness alongside competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
