The role of Dishwasher at Century Park Associates is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards that ensure residents’ dining needs are met in a safe and pleasant manner. Reporting directly to the Dining Services Director, the Dishwasher is responsible for the effective execution of dishwashing and other cleaning duties in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate standards. This full-time position requires a candidate who is dependable, efficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

The Dishwasher's primary responsibilities include loading and unloading commercial dishwashers, hand washing pots, pans, and utensils not suitable for machine cleaning, and participating in the daily cleaning of kitchen areas such as walk-in refrigerators, stock rooms, ovens, sinks, and floors. In addition, this role involves monitoring and recording the dishwasher’s temperature daily to ensure proper sanitation levels are consistently met. The Dishwasher also manages waste disposal tasks by removing trash and replacing trash bags and, when needed, supports meal service and delivers meals to residents’ rooms.
