As a Dishwasher (Dining Services Associate) at Waterford Grand, you will join a hardworking team within a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment focused on serving nutritious meals to residents. Working primarily part-time from Monday through Thursday 8am-1pm, this position necessitates flexibility, including weekend, holiday, and vacation coverage availability to support the team and residents' needs effectively.

In this position, you will perform essential tasks like operating commercial dishwashing equipment, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen floors, taking out the trash, and stocking refrigerators while upholding hygiene and safety standards. Effective communication with residents, families, and team members is crucial, as is the ability to represent the community positively and professionally. Waterford Grand seeks individuals who are quick learners, reliable, and compassionate, possessing prior experience with dishwashing in fast-paced settings and familiarity with commercial equipment.
