The community's Dining team plays a crucial role in delivering a gourmet dining experience that enhances the quality of life for senior residents while ensuring superior customer service.

The Utility Associate / Dishwasher role is a part-time position at Cape Cod Senior Residences, with shifts available on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The pay rate for this position starts at $15.50 per hour, with a potential maximum of $16.00 per hour. Cape Cod Senior Residences offers a comprehensive benefits package effective from the first day of employment. Benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance via Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental and vision insurance, disability coverage, complimentary life insurance, and a pre-tax retirement savings plan with company matching. Additional perks include diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that encourage employees to contribute ideas to improve the workplace atmosphere, a generous referral bonus program for recommending associates or residents, and retail discounts on various services such as cellphone plans, pet and auto insurance, car rentals, concert and museum tickets, and more. Employees also have access to Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to help manage medical expenses, a nationwide tuition rewards program, reduced meal costs during shifts, extensive professional development opportunities including certification as a Dementia Practitioner, and commuter benefits like pre-tax savings on transportation and parking costs.

Working at Cape Cod Senior Residences means joining a community committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for both staff and residents. The company’s Equal Opportunity Employer policy ensures that hiring, promotions, and other employment decisions are based on merit and qualifications without discrimination. This makes Cape Cod Senior Residences not just a workplace but also an environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged in a respectful and supportive context.
