Job Requirements
- must be able to carry up to 35 lbs
- able to place items above and below head height
- able to stand, walk, bend for entire shift
- occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- exposed to variable temperatures

Job Duties
- use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area keeping kitchenware storage organized
- remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster, clean and sanitize garbage cans
