The current opening is for the position of Dishwasher, Club, at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, a seasonal part-time role primarily active from April through September. This position offers a pay rate of $13.00 per hour. The Dishwasher will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and surrounding work areas, supporting the overall operation of the food service team during events and throughout the season. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. This entails scraping and rinsing food residue, washing by hand or using dishwashing machines, and polishing silverware with appropriate equipment. Maintaining a spotless work environment is essential; thus the role also includes sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, cleaning work tables, walls, refrigerators, and other food preparation surfaces. The Dishwasher will also manage waste disposal by hauling refuse to designated containers and steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans to comply with safety and sanitation standards. This is a physically engaging role requiring the transfer and loading of supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Job Duties

  • Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwashing machines
  • washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures
  • polishes silverware using burnishing machines or chemical dips
  • maintains compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • sweeps and mops kitchen floors
  • cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
  • removes trash and cleans garbage cans
  • transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • assists with loading and unloading supplies
  • performs other duties as assigned
