Job Duties

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
Perform cleaning duties during shifts on weekends and holidays as required
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
Adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
Assist with inventory control and restocking cleaning supplies
