Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Perform cleaning duties during shifts on weekends and holidays as required
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with inventory control and restocking cleaning supplies
