Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- availability to work flexible part-time or full-time shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent hygiene and attention to cleanliness

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- assist with maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- support team members with various kitchen preparation tasks as needed
- perform some shifts on weekends and holidays
- ensure all cleaning duties comply with health and safety standards
