The Dishwasher/Busser position is integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the dining and kitchen areas, ensuring that dishes and glasses are always clean and readily available, and supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. The individuals in this role handle trash disposal, buss and clean tables and chairs, and contribute to the overall guest experience by providing a clean and organized space. This position requires reliability, multitasking ability, excellent communication, and a passion for service. While food experience is preferred, it is not essential, as training will be provided. Candidates should hold a current Food Handler certificate and be capable of safely lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. The ideal team member is punctual, team-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance according to company grooming standards.
