Job Requirements
- Previous or relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, upbeat attitude with strong work ethic
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends
- Valid Food Handler Card
- Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Wash and cleanse tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep restaurant and equipment clean and organized
- Load, run, and unload dish machine
- Monitor dish machine water temperature and sanitizer levels
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergent and cleaning supplies
- Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times
- Assist the prep cook during downtime
