Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to manage time effectively
experience with cleaning or sanitation preferred
compliance with health and safety standards
legal ability to work in the United States
willingness to participate in E-Verify program

Job Qualifications

Food handler’s certification
ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
attention to detail
good time management skills

Job Duties

Complete opening and closing checklists including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
clean all items as requested while meeting quality and safety standards
understand and comply with quality standards policies and procedures
monitor dishwasher ensuring proper temperature and cleaning materials adherence
maintain organization and sanitation of dishes and utensils
support a positive and efficient work environment
contribute to health code compliance
