- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid food handler’s card if required by local and state laws
- good communication skills

- support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup cleanup prep work table bussing and equipment maintenance

- maintain flexibility to work varying hours depending on business needs
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- participate in team efforts to uphold service quality
