Job Duties
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- maintain the sanitation of the compost areas
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
- operate dish machines with correct cleaning solutions and chemicals
- clean equipment and polish silver
- support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and order
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
