Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Prior experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Job Duties
- Provide clean equipment for the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand and by using the dishwashing machine
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Wash work tables and clean food storage areas
- Assist with trash and garbage
- Help to load or unload supplies and transfer between storage and work areas
- Perform basic food prep including cutting, washing, and chopping
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen work areas
