Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with the needs of the kitchen and dining area, preventing any backups of dirty dishes
  • wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and safely
  • keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked
  • monitor and maintain the condition of dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management
  • assist in keeping the back of the house and restrooms clean and orderly
  • assist with trash, recycling, and basic cleaning duties
  • help kitchen team with light prep and closing tasks when needed
  • support cooks and servers by keeping clean tools always available
