Job Duties
- Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with the needs of the kitchen and dining area, preventing any backups of dirty dishes
- wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and safely
- keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked
- monitor and maintain the condition of dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management
- assist in keeping the back of the house and restrooms clean and orderly
- assist with trash, recycling, and basic cleaning duties
- help kitchen team with light prep and closing tasks when needed
- support cooks and servers by keeping clean tools always available
