In this position, Heart of House Team Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and dish area. Your work will involve washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure everything is ready for the next rush. Keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized is vital to maintaining a safe and smooth workflow throughout the shift. Given the busy nature of the restaurant, you must be able to work quickly and efficiently while keeping up with the fast pace of the team.

The role also requires availability for some shifts on weekends and holidays, reflecting the restaurant’s dedication to providing excellent service every day of the week.
