Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
willingness to work evenings and weekends
knowledge of workplace safety procedures
ability to promote food and beverage items effectively

California food handlers card
basic mathematical and reading skills
basic computer knowledge and multi-tasking abilities

Job Duties

Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
sort, rinse, and organize dirty dishes and utensils, preparing them for the dish machine
stack and distribute clean dishes to various service areas promptly and efficiently
regularly change dishwater to maintain optimal cleaning standards
hand wash pots, pans, and trays as needed
manage waste by removing trash and garbage to the dumpster
setup and break down the dishwashing area daily
