Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required
  • must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
  • physical ability to perform the tasks including standing for long periods and lifting
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • positive work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • work collaboratively with a variety of team members in the restaurant
  • demonstrate speed and efficiency in tasks
  • adhere to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • operate the dish machine effectively
  • monitor and ensure proper rinse and wash temperatures
  • change water and handle dish chemicals properly
  • organize and set up dish racks
  • remove trash and maintain cleanliness
  • foster a spirit of teamwork
