Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • no previous experience required
  • open availability preferred
  • ability to work any shift including closing shifts
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift 50 lbs
  • ability to work in wet, confined, and warm environments
  • excellent communication skills
  • positive and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • work quickly and efficiently
  • follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • operate the dish machine
  • supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures
  • change water, store and use dish chemicals properly
  • set up and organize the dish racks
  • remove trash
  • exhibit teamwork
